IncentivesThe vibrant South Florida Business Climate encourages strong, healthy industries. The State of Florida, Palm Beach County and the City of Delray Beach offer a variety of financial incentives for businesses to locate and grow their enterprises here. These include tax exemptions, tax credits, tax free industrial revenue bonds and other inducements for small businesses as well as large corporations. There are a variety of incentives; some corporate incentives are available to existing businesses as well as those new to the state. Each should be reviewed separately, to determine eligibility.
